Profiled Metal Roof Membranes

In industrial applications, in conjunction with a Vapour Control Layer, a Breather Membrane is used on the cold (outer) side of the insulation to encourage the passage of water vapour out of the building.

Powerlon CC membranes are cold roof condensation control membranes.

The special high absorbing soft polyester fleece absorbs the moisture in case of condensation and releases it when the conditions are right.

Powerlon Vapour Control Layers protect insulation materials from interstitial condensation. VCLs are installed on the warm side of the insulation in order to keep the insulate dry and free from unwanted water vapour permeating through from within the building. Powerlon Vapour Control Layers are manufactured by a cast extrusion process to provide a bonded construction to minimise the risk of delamination.
